How To Make A Cake

    Mouth watering chocolate icing is what a lot of people prefer to their cakes for special occasions, some prefers coffee tasting cakes while others want any cakes as long as it taste sweet.. A query had been formulated in my ingenious brain, at long last, the moron have risen.. Haha.. How do you ever make a cake? A cake that will not be forgotten by people close to you, a cake that’s so perfectly done that you no longer want to touch it, a cake that will last a lifetime? I’ve read some cookbooks but it doesn’t seem to answer any of my questions, then I guess I’d have to do it by myself now? I am an aspiring chef, I am a good cook, and you could frequently see me in the kitchen experimenting and mastering to cook my mother’s home made recipes for future generation’s sake. I guess my mom was the one who triggered me to love cooking. Cooking is different from baking, but how can you bake if you don’t even know how to slice a tomato, and slicing is a must entity in cooking.

Whatevs. LOL

A Dose Of Conviction

    I’ve a few new year’s resolution which I broke after a few days of struggling. WTF. I told myself to stop drinking but two days ago, I was at it again, joined by peers who seemed to be so pessimistic about my reso (yeah, choc you are a pessimistic comrade! haha). I didn’t write any resolutions for this year because I know that promises are made to be broken and yeah promises and resolutions are quite the same for me. And since Imma non believer of the faith who brought me up to this world to be a stupid yet educated person, I guess I have to call all the deities to help me cope up with what my heart desires. hehe.. For now, I only have my conviction, I’m crossing my fingers that I will attain goal this time. I’m only human, born to make mistakes but I believe that once you have conviction you can do the whatevs in and of your life. My resolution (haha) right now is to have conviction in everything I do, so I can manage to do well on my past resolutions. It’s my year, the year of the OXtard, and its nice to know that this year will be my year to step into that pedestal that I wanted for so long! (what the.. What’s with the redundancy?) hahaha. So what’s your new year’s resolution?
